How fast can I receive my order?

Once your design is good to go, we’ll get your order ready in just 10 working days. Keep in mind, during busy times like Christmas, this timeline might adjust a bit.

Do you charge for design work?

Our design service won’t cost you a penny. We’re here with you from the get-go, offering guidance and advice throughout the whole process. And, just so you know, legal proofing is on the house too – we want to make sure all the essential details on the back of your bar are spot on

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

All our product and print prices are quoted without VAT unless we specify otherwise.

Do I need to pay for my order upfront?

A non-refundable set up fee of £50.00 is charged in addition to any invoice raised. We’ll raise your invoice, once your order is ready to dispatch for payment to be made, prior to our sending it out.
